Most problems are resolved by the managers in any organization. Employees often look towards their managers for solutions to the issues they face instead of working to resolve the issues themselves. It is ‘normal’ for managers to do most of the ‘thinking’ to resolve such issues. This situation exists because in most instances managers do not coach their employees the way to think through issues. Few managers help their employees to reflect on and learn from such issues.
