Daily Scrums are an effective means to achieve increased transparency, co-operation and co-ordination of a development team. Action orientation and commitment is a key tenet of a Scrum, with each member indicating the tasks they will work on. Where help is needed  by a team member, the team members share their expereince and where required work out the assistance to be provided. Progress and resource consumption rates are made transparent to everyone. We provide in-role coaching to fully develop these Scrum team meetings.
